Charming decor with delightful ambience
Staying here felt like stepping into a beautifully curated gallery. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles, and we enjoyed the delightful local breakfast options every morning.
The lack of air conditioning on warmer nights made it somewhat uncomfortable. A fan would have been a great addition to help ease the heat.

Charming decor, Historical significance, Private outdoor terraces
The shower curtains are too short, making the bathroom a mess!!! Noise from the thin walls can easily disturb a good night’s sleep!!! A more modern touch would enhance the overall experience!!!

Great stay in Krakow!
This place was super cozy. The staff were really friendly, especially Marta, who made my mornings brighter with her smile. Breakfast was a nice mix of options. I loved having the little coffee machine in my room. Only bummer was the room got a bit warm at night without AC.

The location is excellent, just steps away from major attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was a delightful mix of delicious options, including the traditional Irish soda bread that I particularly enjoyed. the room got quite warm at night without air conditioning, and a maintenance issue in the bathroom detracted from the comfort. the noise from adjacent rooms could be bothersome at times.

The location of Hotel Maltańska is fantastic, just a short walk from the old town. I loved the charming antique decor throughout the hotel, really giving it character. My room was spacious with high ceilings, letting in lots of light. Breakfast offered a great variety of Polish dishes and fresh fruits. the layout was appealing and the buffet well-stocked. I encountered a few issues. The bathroom needed maintenance. mold was present in the shower area. The internal phone system didn’t work, so I couldn't get a wake-up call, but the receptionist personally knocked on my door, which I appreciated. the lack of air conditioning made some nights uncomfortable due to the heat. The staff were friendly but overwhelmed at times, which affected their responsiveness.

the hotel was super cozy and the location was amazin, just a few mins walk to the main square. the staff were really friendly, especially martha who always greeted us with a smile. our room was spacious, clean and comfy with a nice big bathroom, and i loved the breakfast selection with lots of yummy choices. the vibe overall was warm and welcoming!
the only issues were that my room was a bit warm at night without air conditioning and the shower curtain was way too short, so the floor got wet.
