Charming decor with good ambience
Staying here seemed like stepping into a beautifully curated gallery. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles, and we enjoyed the good local breakfast options every morning.
The lack of air conditioning on warmer nights made it somewhat uncomfortable. A fan would have been a great addition to help ease the heat.

We do recommend this hotel, spent here great 2 nights. The place was gorgeous and had very very nice staff on the reception desk, liked the stay. The room was absolutely spotless and fairly quiet and equipped with good water pressure and coffee, for instance. We had coffee and tea making facilities, a fridge, and glassware.

Charming decor, Historical significance, Private outdoor terraces
The shower curtains are too short!!! Noise from the thin walls can easily disturb a good night's sleep!!! A more modern touch would enhance the overall experience!!!

The hotel is conveniently located. Excellent parking for the car (though paid). The old town and the castle are literally 3 minutes away. There's a good restaurant in front of the hotel. Breakfast is quite sufficient, there's everything you need.
It's cold in the room.

Not a big hotel. not a big choice of dishes for breakfast, but the food was good.
The doors in the room could not be closed from the inside, the child constantly ran out to the hallway, that is, there was no manual latch.

Great stay in Krakow!
This place was super cozy. The staff were really friendly, especially Marta, who made my mornings brighter with her smile. Breakfast was a nice mix of options. I loved having the little coffee machine in my room. Only bummer was the room got a bit warm at night without AC.

Perfectly situated for exploring the city, we enjoyed family walks to Wawel Castle. The rooms were stylish and offered comfort. They welcomed our dog without any issues. Breakfast spread was satisfying, especially the variety of pastries.
My kids wished there were a play area.

Location is excellent, quiet, good breakfast.
Worn towels, old furniture and doors. At such a price for the room (not worth the money) parking could be free, but not at a price of 10 euros per day.
